Over six years, we designed and refined a 10-day deceleration program, empowering startups to slow down, reconnect with purpose, and align their vision. By integrating psychology, sociology, and strategy, the program fosters clarity, collaboration, and growth. Simultaneously, it allows Decelera to identify and nurture top investment opportunities through deep human and business due diligence.
IBEX 35 Company
Partnered with Xplane, we led the research and design of an IBEX 35 company onboarding journey, combining cultural and functional elements to improve satisfaction and learning for new hires. We designed and facilitated workshops for managers and assisted in creating web and document assets for seamless onboarding.
Wallapop
Memorable partnered with Rosa Torguet to address Wallapop user trust issues on their platform. We conducted both qualitative and quantitative research to understand user perceptions and identify key trust-related pain points and mapped the buyer-seller journey, pinpointing critical touchpoints where trust could be strengthened and designed product opportunities to improve the user experience.
Playtomic
Over 4 years, we designed and facilitated OKR workshops to define strategic objectives and user and club journeys to enhance engagement. Also, we co-created foundational elements, including the company’s mission, vision, and design principles, ensuring long-term strategic alignment that reinforces business culture, improves customer experiences, and strengthens internal collaboration for sustainable growth and innovation.
Tailored Perfumes
We facilitated an ideation workshop with cross-functional teams from design, marketing, and operations. This collaboration delivered innovative perfume concepts and set the foundation for launching a tailored lab aimed at fostering creativity. We also structured a framework to ensure trends and consumer insights are at the core of future developments, allowing for continuous market innovation and leadership.
Juegos Once
Memorable partnered with Erretres to redesign the app and website for Juegos Once, a platform focused on accessible gaming. We helped define key testing objectives, user personas, and research questions, and conducted extensive user testing across multiple devices. This allowed us to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the user experience and provide actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing usability and accessibility.
Kira Ventures
We designed a three-day offsite to redefine the mission, vision, and values, streamline operations, and honor the founder’s legacy. We integrated reflective and team-bonding exercises to foster alignment and inspiration. The offsite strengthened leadership, encouraged cross-functional collaboration, and structured long-term goals. It allowed Kira to clarify its business purpose while ensuring team synergy and a shared strategic direction for future growth.

We designed a three-day offsite to revisit the mission, vision, and values while redefining the customer journey. We aligned business goals with growth metrics and strengthened team cohesion through interactive exercises. Additionally, we facilitated OKR workshops to improve goal alignment, ensuring that all teams contribute effectively. These sessions helped Ailin create a scalable foundation while optimizing operational efficiency and overall company performance.
