PROJECTS DEVELOPED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH MEMORABLE
1. REMOTE ONBOARDING JOURNEY
Remote onboarding experience design tailored to a small group of newcomers. The goal was to ensure a smooth and engaging introduction to the company, focusing on remote cultural and functional fit. The onboarding process was customized to meet the needs of each individual while reflecting the company's culture and values.
2. MANAGERS AND NEW COMERS PLATFORM
Design of a web platform to guide both managers and new hires through critical touchpoints of the onboarding process. It served as a comprehensive resource, providing access to essential tools, training materials, and a clear roadmap for navigating the early stages of employment at the company.
3. MANGERS TRAINING
Facilitated a training program to equip managers with the tools and knowledge needed to support new employees during the onboarding process effectively. The training focused on helping managers understand their role in guiding newcomers, setting expectations, and fostering an inclusive and engaging environment.
4. LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS
Specific workshops were designed and facilitated to enhance the leadership skills of managers. The workshops focused on developing essential leadership qualities such as communication, empathy, and decision-making, to ensure managers were prepared to lead and support their teams effectively.
