1. DESIGN OF THE DECELERA METHOD
Developed the 10-day program and measurement methodology based on psychological, sociological, and investment-driven factors. This unique approach helps founders gain clarity, reduce noise, and make strategic decisions for sustainable growth.
2. EXECUTION AND FACILITATION OF 6 PROGRAMS IN MENORCA
Planned, executed, and facilitated six Decelera programs in Menorca, bringing together startups, investors, and successful entrepreneurs (speakers) in an environment designed to inspire well-being, innovation, and long-term thinking while managing logistics and all providers.
3. EXECUTION AND FACILITATION OF 2 PROGRAMS IN MÉXICO
Adapted and executed two Decelera programs in Mexico, successfully translating the methodology to a new cultural and entrepreneurial landscape while maintaining the essence of the experience.
