PHASES OF THE PROJECT
1. DESIGN AND FACILITATION OF A 3-DAY OFFSITE
Memorable facilitated a three-day offsite to redefine Ailin’s mission, vision, and values. We assessed their current client journey, identified areas for improvement, and co-designed the ideal client experience. The offsite also included team-building activities to foster collaboration and strengthen connections across the team.
2. OKRs WOKRSHOP
In this workshop, Memorable helped Ailin's team define clear objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned with their strategic goals. The session focused on creating measurable, actionable outcomes to guide their efforts, enhance organizational focus, and ensure team alignment and collaboration.
