Memorable led a three-day offsite to align the company’s mission, vision, and values, address operational challenges, and strengthen employee connections through a tribute to the founder.
3. EMPLOYEE PLATFORM DESIGN
Building on the insights from the offsite and measurement phase, Memorable designed a new Employee Platform to address operational challenges and enhance internal processes, fostering a more efficient and engaging work environment.
