This is the third follow-up form within the Communication & Transition project for the Marketing team.

The focus this time is to evaluate whether the team and managers have integrated the recommendations shared in previous sessions, and whether those changes are having a positive impact on communication:
– between team members
– between employees and managers
– and in the broader context of team transitions and structural changes.
